When you place a secure order on our website, you will normally receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email or call us for a copy of your confirmation email.
Please note that many of our products are drop shipped from external warehouses. For drop shipped products, your credit card will be charged prior to your order shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
To place an order by fax, you may send your order to 707-766-8400. You will need to either mail a check or money order.

Mats and Covers offers FREE standard ground shipping methods within the lower 48 states. Shipping surcharges may apply. We ship to locations in the Continental USA only.
Your shipment may be sent to you via UPS, U.S Postal Service (USPS), OR Federal Express Ground (FedEx). In the event that we are asked to ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO, we ship via U.S. Postal Service.
At Mats and Covers, your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return it (in new condition, please) within 45 days. We will gladly exchange it, or refund your purchase on shipments within the United States.
To return or exchange an item, you must email us at matsandcovers@mallservicesgroup.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning merchandise. A Customer Service Representative will give you the correct address to send your return to. Mats and Covers is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
If we made an error on your order, Mats and Covers will gladly reimburse you for return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. We do not issue call tags in most cases. Shipping reimbursement will be credited back to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and within 45 days of original purchase (invoice date).
Some items are subject to a 20% restocking charge, or a restocking charge as noted on the product description page.
We recommend return merchandise be shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number, either through UPS or regular USPS Mail.
A credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used to make your purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
